Healthy Recipes
I have been following a very clean diet for the past 10 years. My husband and I have healed various health issues thanks to the dietary changes we have made.
We do not consume eggs, dairy, wheat, tuna, pork or refined sugar. It sounds restrictive, but is not: it just takes a little thinking outside the box. We eat lots of various fruits, vegetables, wild herbs and spices daily. We also consume grains like quinoa, brown rice, millet and oats as well as meat and fish 2-3 times a week.
Since I have changed my way of eating, I have noticed many positive changes with my body, such as, getting less sick and recovering quicker when I do fall ill, having a lot more energy, aging slower, improved digestion and better sleep.
My healthy recipes consist of mostly dishes I have made up on a whim. I cook intuitively and efficiently, therefore you will not find the exact measurements to follow. You will be able to adjust the quantities of the ingredients to your own liking, just follow your intuition. You get to be the master chef ! Also they all take 30 minutes and under to make so it’s easier for us busy women who would like to eat a home-cooked healthy meal that will not only taste good but also nourish, heal and energize.
