When your days are so busy yet you still want to eat a healthy balanced meal, this recipe takes only 15 minutes to make and is super delicious!
Ingredients
Chickpeas
Green Kale
Cherry Tomatoes
Spinach
Asparagus
Green onions
Whole garlic cloves
Extra virgin olive oil
Lemon
Seasalt
Black Pepper
Directions
Wash all your vegetables.
Chop all ingredients to your desired size.
Add a little bit of olive oil into a frying pan and sauté whole garlic cloves and asparagus on low heat until tender. ( This will take no more than 10 minutes).
Sprinkle black pepper and sea salt on asparagus.
While your asparagus and garlic are grilling, chop up your kale, cherry tomatoes, green onions and add into a salad bowl.
Add your chickpeas into the salad mix.
Add extra-virgin olive oil, lemon, and seasalt as your dressing and mix all vegetables together.. et voila, your dish is ready!
