Cinnamon Baked Pears


This is an amazingly delicious recipe that I have gotten from Anthony William's Book " Life-Changing Foods".

This is a photo of of how my pears turned out and it was so delicious! Perfect as I don't have a sweet tooth and don't consume any refined sugars. This recipe only takes 20 minutes to make, which is ideal for a quick and healthy light dessert. Whether you're entertaining guests or simply treating yourself, this recipe is sure to impress and satisfy, proving that healthy eating can be both delicious and enjoyable.



Ingredients


  • Pears

  • Cinnamon

  • Maple syrup

  • Walnuts




Directions


  1. Finely chop up your walnuts and place in a bowl.

  2. Add maple syrup and cinnamon and mix with walnuts.

  3. Cut pears in halves and place on oven tray.

  4. drizzle your mix onto the pears.

  5. Place in oven for 350 degrees and will be ready in 20 minutes.
