This dish is simple and takes under 30 minutes to make. My favourite alternative to soy sauce is coconut sap sauce- it is super delicious and healthy!
My own twist on Asian-inspired cuisine.
Ingredients
Wild caught shrimp
Green beans ( frozen or fresh)
Garlic
Ginger
Coconut Sap sauce
Extra-virgin olive oil
Basmati or Jasmine rice
Directions
Cook your rice in a rice-cooker or stove top.
Boil or steam your green beans.
Meanwhile place your finely chopped garlic and ginger in a frying pan and cook with a drizzle of olive oil.
Once garlic and ginger are tender, add the shrimp and coconut sap sauce in your pan and cook until shrimp turn red.
Place your rice on a plate, top with green beans and then add the shrimp on top.
Drizzle a little more fresh coconut sap sauce on top of your entire dish.
Et Voila! Ready to enjoy. Buon Appetito!
