Berry Bowl Dressing

The perfect snack! Fresh berries!

Energizing, healing, nourishing and absolutely delicious! If you aren't fortunate to live in a warm-weathered country, then buying organic berries isn't always the best choice as they can be expensive and the quality isn't the greatest when they are imported from elsewhere. I personally find that buying frozen organic berries are just as good not only to have in your smoothie, but also just thawed out from the bag, especially wild blueberries and strawberries. Berries are great to eat as-is but I also love to add my tangy dressing on top to add more flavour.


Ingredients

  • Wild blueberries

  • Strawberries

  • Lemon

  • Organic Coconut Sugar

  • Orange juice (optional)




Directions

  1. Cut up fruit and place in bowl.

  2. Squeeze your desired amount of lemon. ( I usually like to use half a lemon and a whole lemon if I am making a big salad).

  3. Sprinkle coconut sugar on top.

  4. Add a splash of orange if you'd like!



    Et voila! Ready to Enjoy. Buon Appetito
