Ingredients
Turkey Sausage
Sweet Potatoes
Red Onion
Broccoli
Orange and red sweet peppers
Extra-Virgin olive oil
Seasalt
Black pepper
Directions
Wash all vegetables.
Chop up turkey sausages and all vegetables into desired size.
Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and drizzle a bit of olive oil, a pinch of sea salt and black pepper to taste.
Mix all ingredients.
Cover a large baking tray with aluminum foil and place all seasoned ingredients on top.
Set the oven to 400 degrees F.
Place the tray in the oven and wait 25-30 minutes.
