Roasted Vegetables and Turkey Sausages

Hearty. Healthy. Simple and Nutritious! Takes only 30 minutes to make in order to enjoy this roasted dish .





Ingredients

  • Turkey Sausage

  • Sweet Potatoes

  • Red Onion

  • Broccoli

  • Orange and red sweet peppers

  • Extra-Virgin olive oil

  • Seasalt 

  • Black pepper


Directions

  1. Wash all vegetables.

  2. Chop up turkey sausages and all vegetables into desired size.

  3.  Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and drizzle a bit of olive oil, a pinch of sea salt and black pepper to taste.

  4.  Mix all ingredients.

  5. Cover a large baking tray with aluminum foil and place all seasoned ingredients on top.

  6.  Set the oven to 400 degrees F.

  7.  Place the tray in the oven and wait 25-30 minutes.
