I have cut out refined sugar for the past 10 years, but I have never had a sweet tooth to begin with. These date bites are made with natural sugar, are super easy to make and are super filling! Great to have for dessert or as a snack on the go! This recipe takes only 15 minutes to do depending on how many balls you make.
Ingredients
Pitted dates
Organic peanut butter
Hemp hearts
Raw & unsalted cashews
Directions
Blend peanut butter, cashews and dates until smooth.
Take out of blender and roll into balls.
Sprinkle hemp hearts on top and ready to serve.
